Cyber Security
Cyber security that closes the doors attackers walk through
Most small businesses are one stolen password away from a breach. We find the gaps, lock them down, and keep watch — protecting businesses across Surrey, London and the South East.
Why it matters
The threats your setup leaves open by default
Cyber attacks aren’t just a big-company problem. Small and growing businesses are targeted precisely because their defences are often weaker — and a single successful attack can mean lost data, lost money and lost trust.
The uncomfortable truth is that most Microsoft 365 and Windows setups are insecure out of the box: multi-factor authentication off, no rules on who can sign in from where, and no protection against data walking out the door.
We fix that. As a Cyber Essentials certified provider, we assess your real risk, close the gaps in plain English, and put layered protection in place — then keep monitoring so you stay protected as the threats evolve.
What you get
Layered protection, end to end
Multi-factor authentication
Enforced everywhere, so a stolen password alone can’t get anyone into your systems.
Endpoint protection
Next-generation antivirus and threat detection on every laptop, desktop and server.
Conditional access
Rules on who can sign in, from which devices and locations — blocking risky logins automatically.
Backup & recovery
Independent, tested backups so you can recover fast from ransomware, deletion or disaster.
Email & phishing defence
Filtering and staff awareness to stop the emails that cause most breaches.
Security awareness training
Your team is the front line — we help them spot and stop threats before they click.

Questions
Frequently asked
Isn’t Microsoft 365 already secure?
Microsoft secures the platform, but the default settings leave a lot exposed — MFA is often off, anyone can sign in from anywhere, and your data isn’t backed up beyond short retention. Securing your tenant is your responsibility, and it’s exactly what we do.
We’re a small business — are we really a target?
Yes. Attackers use automated tools that don’t care how big you are; smaller businesses are often easier to breach because defences are weaker. Good news: a few well-chosen measures dramatically reduce your risk, and they don’t have to be expensive.
What’s the difference between this and Cyber Essentials?
Cyber Essentials is a certification that proves you meet a baseline of good security. Our cyber security services put those protections — and more — in place and keep them running. Many clients do both: we harden the setup, then certify it.
Do you provide ongoing monitoring or a one-off fix?
Both are available. We can carry out a one-off hardening project, but most clients choose ongoing protection with monitoring and support, because threats change constantly and security is never “done”.
